Liberal’s in the United States view the Republican Party as the enemy to all they hold dear. This is especially true for Gay liberals as they continue to fight for re-defining marriage to include same sex couples. While it is true that the Republican Party stands firmly against this and in support of the traditional family, homosexuals need to give up on their myopic view of the world and see whole the real enemy of Gays around the world is, radical Islam.
It has always struck me as a contradiction to hate and oppose the very people who are waging war on the ideology that would exterminate homosexuals simply for their choice of lifestyle. The Democrats have openly stated that they would pull out of Iraq if they take control of Congress and anyone who does not see that radical Islam would view this as a victory is not paying attention. They are operating under the belief that the United States does not have the stomach for a prolonged conflict and will ultimately put its tail between its legs and run.
Liberals would have you believe that if we mind our own business and bring the troops home we will be left alone and live in peace, undoubtedly holding hands and singing Kumbaya. The reality is that radical Islamic forces feed off of perceived weakness and would intensify their quest to convert the world to their interpretation of their religion. They want Sharia law across the world and the very people who believe they would benefit by defeating the Republican Party and withdrawing from the war on terror would be only putting them selves in greater danger. Where is the logic in that? Republicans are against gay marriage; radical Islam is against the very existence of homosexuals. If there is any doubt about how radical Islam feels about homosexuality it should be put to rest by this column in the Manchester Evening News:
A ROW has blown up over a claim a prominent Manchester Muslim has defended the execution of sexually-active gay people as "justified".
Arshad Misbahi, a junior Imam at the city's Central Mosque is alleged to have confirmed that it is an acceptable punishment in Iraq and Iran.
His comments are said to have been made to psychotherapist Dr John Casson who is researching the persecution of gays in Islamic states. But they have been condemned as "encouraging conflict between the area's large gay and Muslim communities. Manchester Evening News
American homosexuals need to consider which of the two is the greater evil; Republicans or radical Islam. As we go to the polls in a few days we should keep in mind the threat posed to all people by radical Islam and vote to keep strong leadership in Washington that is willing to fight this evil. Voting for the Democrats would result in a cut and run philosophy and weaken this Nation in the eyes of the world and, in particular, in the eyes of radical Islam.
